Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Qualifire platform ("Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
Qualifire is a real-time quality assurance platform for applications utilizing large language models. As a beta user, you will have access to pre-release versions of the Service for the purpose of testing and providing feedback.
Beta Testing
As a beta user, you agree to report any bugs, errors, or issues you encounter while using the Service. You also agree to provide feedback on the functionality and performance of the Service when requested.
Support
Qualifire may provide support to authorized users through the Services and by email, at its discretion.
Free-Trial Subscription
Your access to the Free-Trial Services will continue until the earliest of: (a) the end of the specified free-trial period; (b) the start date of any paid subscription for the Services; (c) termination by Qualifire at its sole discretion; or (d) termination by you as per the termination clause in this agreement.
APIs and Tools
Qualifire may provide APIs and other tools to assist with your use of the Service. By using these tools, you agree to do so in accordance with our guidelines and any applicable open source licenses.
Hosting and Other Providers
Qualifire uses third-party providers to support the provision of the Service. Qualifire reserves the right to engage and substitute these providers as it deems appropriate.
Security and Privacy
Qualifire will implement administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect the Service and prevent unauthorized access to your data. You are responsible for properly configuring the Service and securing any access credentials. You agree to notify Qualifire promptly if you believe there has been unauthorized access to the Service or your data.
User Responsibilities and Restrictions
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any activity that violates these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qualifire, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Qualifire be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Publicity
You agree not to make any public statements regarding your use of the Service without Qualifire's prior written approval.
Notices
Any notices or other communications provided by Qualifire under these Terms and Conditions will be given: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Service.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, by operation of law or otherwise, without Qualifire's prior written consent.
Governing Law

Execution in Counterparts
This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, with the same effect as if the signatures were upon the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this agreement by electronic facsimile transmission or by email of a PDF version will be equally as effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart.
Changes to These Terms
Qualifire retains the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, and will make such revised terms available on our website. These revisions will take effect on the first day of the following calendar month after their initial posting. Should you disagree with any revised terms, your sole recourse is to cease use of the Service and terminate your agreement with us by providing written notice. To be clear, your use of the Service is subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions active at the time of use.
